BCAST’s Professor Geoff Scamans was awarded the Aluminium Industry Award from the Aluminium Federation for his international contribution to the aluminium industry. Geoff’s metallurgy and aluminium expertise spans over four decades and he continually works to advance materials processing, technological innovation and BCAST’s mission of closed loop recycling. Aside from being a Professor of Metallurgy at BCAST, Geoff is also the Chief Scientific Officer at Innoval Technology.
The award was presented at the Aluminium Federation Dinner 2017.
